Family Date

Once a month on a Saturday afternoon, the Mister and I take Kloe and Jacob on kid dates. He takes one and I take the other, and the next month we switch. A couple of weeks ago, Kloe and Daddy went to a cute little old-fashioned ice cream parlor we have here, and Jacob and I went to Bahama Bucks for shaved ice (mmmmmm).


While we were on the way, the Mister called me and said Kloe thought it would be fun for us to have a FAMILY date.

So after we all finished our respective treats, we met up for dinner (yep, we had dessert first) and then went bowling. I forgot my camera, of course, so these pictures are all from Mister's phone. So they're not really great quality, but can you at least tell we had fun? :)

The funniest thing is that Jacob would RUN up to the lane and THROW the ball like he was passing a basketball. It was hysterical!
